Can a Canadian drive a manual transmission car in Northern Ireland.....Or where can this information be obtained?
My girl has lived in Scotland for almost 10 years but can only drive an automatic even though she passed her test in Canada in a manual gear car.
IF your licence was not taken in a manual transmission car then it will not cover you. I know many Americans take their test in Automatics, but that doesn't cover you for a gear shift.
Under new EU law .......?
