Family Law in the UK?
My Ex has breeched so many court contact orders it would make your heads spin. On monday Ihad to pay foranother hearing as she has stopped all contact with my son. She didn't appear in court and sowas found incontempt. The judge in this case granted me a penal notice attached to a new contact order starting fromthe 5th July. He asked me if there was anything else i wanted and i said no. The problem is i should have asked for my court costs to paid by my EX which had cost me £255.00 . Is there anyway i can ask for the court to make a order for my costs now ??
