Does anyone no about employment law?
I need some urgent help and advise on employment law, I was dismissed at the end of may on Gross misconduct but my colleague who had the same allegations was given a final warning, my ex employee is a bully - had my appeal hearing before by collegaue had her hearing but the discussion was uphold - then sent a letter in about my greivances - my hearing was today but the Manager terminated the hearing after 5mins - I feel I was dismissed because of my nationality could any give me advise or a firm that would handle my case.
