Youtube javascript turned off flashplayer

Hi yesterday and earlier today youtube was fine but ever since like 10 minutes ago on EVERY youtube video it is saying i need a new adobe flash player or javascript is turned off. But i know it is not turned off and i have the latest flash player, and when i click on install a new one it says "installation successful" i go to watch videos and the same messege comes up. how can i stop this?

PLEASE do not answer saying "get a new flash player" i have the latest one
