Default setting a Hashtable accessor in Java?

Hi, very new to java and a bit lost really.

Having a problem setting an accessor for a set of Hashtables. I have a class called DataAccess which grabs a load of different types of time series data from a file and places it in a series of hash tables. I have another class called Timeseries where I have set up and grouped a number of hashtables to belong to somthingcalled 'timeseries'. I would like to pass the data collected in class DataAccess to the hashtables in Timeseries, but do not know how to do this. Can some please help! If I have not made myself clear please let me know and I'll give more detail. I have the following classes: Engine (main class), DataAccess (gets the data from the file and puts it in various hashtables), Timeseries (the group of hashtables that I want to fill with the data from the hashtable data DataAccess. In the DataAccess class I have tried the following accessor (I don't even know if I'm suppose to put the accessor in the DataAccess class or in the main class) but cannot get it to work:
Timeseries myTimeseries = new Timeseries();
myTimeseries.setTimeseries(mnemonicMapln, idMapln, dateMapln,
close_price_euroMapln, close_volumeMapln, close_mcapMapln,
close_corp_actionMapln, betaMapln, close_price_localMapln);

please find below all the code I have created so far:
If someone could show me an example of the code and not just an explaination of what i need to do it would be appreciated as I'm not very good at this yet!
Thanks
