my java script switch off?

seens some time i cant watch any mowie on youtube because its says( Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player) now i have new version of Adobe's Flash Player but steel dont wanna work what can i do? pleasev help

ok now i cant even delete IE from my vista what i should do help!!!

And if you are still having problems after doing the steps above, re-install your flash player by downloading the uninstaller from the link below. It is a good way to troubleshoot it as sometimes bits get left over. This will wipe it completely so you can install it on a 'fresh slate';

(download it, run it and when it's finished, delete it)

Then install Flash again from the link below;
http://www.adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-READER
