Java? Simplify code? Negative numbers?

Hey, I have this peice of code; http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i206/ronaldostepovers/code.jpg

How do I change it so that if the user enters more than 1 negative number it only shows on message?

At the moment is the user enters 2 negative numbers then the message pops up twice etc.
