You can't run any software or program unless you have any operating system running on your computer. Likewise, unless you have Java installed in your computer, you cannot run any software programmed in Java. Moreover, software written in Java is more than you think. You just don't realize how prevalent java is.. Please DO NOT uninstall Java.
