every time i try to play a game it will let me on for a short time then it will freeze and shut me off or sometimes shut every thing even my internet connection what is going wrong and how do i fix it?
I have had a similar problem and was told that it could be things that you have downloaded on your computer, we had someone come round and clear anything that could cause a threat, but you should make sure you have anything you need stored on a disk.
