When I use Youtube (or anything else that uses java) Its states:

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player

> But I've download the new version ,restarted the computer

>And my Javascripit is enabled ...what else can I do

You have to uninstall the old outdated flash first.
Download the uninstaller here..
