i recommend going to your control panel, opening internet options and returning to default all your settings, sometimes script is blocked completely, you can search here to allow certain scripts to operate, one such option is allowing unsigned active x scripts to run, make that prompt instead of disabled, you might like to try that, also install the latest version of flash, and shockwave and java, also mozilla doesnt allow active x script, are you using IE ?

It means its trying to open a file or flash object and it cant open it. requires it to get a new one so you can access the file you were looking at.

If you are trying to watch some Youtube video you need a plug in called Flash Player. Flash Player allows you to run dynamic content from Internet. The latest version is 9.0. You can easily download and install it from Adobe's website.
You also need java script. Java script is a pack of scripts that "reads" and "runs" the flash player on Youtube.
So, if you have java script turned off or an older version of flash player you will not be able to watch any Youtube video.
