Can anyone tell me why my computer freezes when running Java?

When i log on to to Yahoo games my computer either freezes or goes incredibly slow. It doesn't happen every time but it does most times. It is incredibly annoying and only ever happens when i'm on Yahoo games

well it could depend on how busy the site is, or also how good of an internet connection u ahve

do u have cable, dial up ect
are u using a cable or wire less
if u are using wireless, use a cable u will get alot better connection

make sure your not running alot of programs in the background that are using the internet too because that could slow it down

maybe do some scans maybe a virus or something is slowing down things

its like this...im sure that ur computer running some older version. this should be the reason.
so u have to uninstall JAva current version then download the newest version in the Java website.
