Connecting Access with Java(JDBC)?

Hi,

I want to connect Java code with Ms Access. I read that you can download a JDBC driver to do this. Someone told me that you can download a starters developers kit and it will have a driver to do this.

Please help me,I'm really confused. What should I download? I'm new to all this
