i have contract mobile with O2 and the bill for the month came in way to high, so i paid the £30 line rental and asked them to check the bill again because i keep check on my phone calls with my calls and texts counter, my mobile got barred from sending texts and phoning out today, my question is if i refuse to pay the bill can they block the phone completely, or do they just block the sim?
