Golf Societies in London!?

I am trying to locate a society to join around London and am not having much luck locating one...can anyone assist?
I have done numerous seraches on yahoo and google...to no avail!

Try Neil Sjoberg out at the Epping Golf Club. He is a course designer who rebuilt the old pre-war Epping Course and extended it to 18 holes. It is both a club and a pay as you play. Contact him anyway as he is a really neat guy, knows everything about golf in the London area, and will give you advice.
