A solicitor makes an emergency call to a plumber and explains that a pipe has burst and flooded his office. Can you sort it out for me?

The plumber says sure! My charges are £400.00 call out + £500.00 per hour + the cost of the parts.

The solicitors replies, those costs are far too high, I am a solicitor and I can’t charge out anywhere near those figures!

The plumber replies, neither could I when I was a solicitor!
