Do celebrities and soccer players get paid too much?

In reality they are not contributing to society, they may have entertained us for a couple of hours. But whilst we pay for that entertainment our financial situations get worse off, whilst they get richer.

An average actor gets paid £50m a film and a soldier gets paid £12,000 a year (whilst in duty).

Or a soccer player on average gets £50,000 a week whilst a teacher gets paid £25,000 a year.

Shouldn't celebs and soccer players be paid the National Minimum Wage. Or perhaps something like £20 K a year
