download SOP CAST from internet. you can find it by googling for it. This is a small software that will feature loads of website and will take you to them once u launch it.

all u have to do is download the software which is free and then look for the channel on which ur the matches are generally aired. double click on it and have fun!

You can use justintv, that's the one I use regularly but you can also use tvu or sopcast (you have to download a little application for both of these, although sopcast only works on Internet Explorer. I use Firefox so that one is out for me, however, TVU has brilliant picture quality).
