plus European teams to not win outside Europe so maybe he should quit and try to win something with Liverpool

but for now i think he will still play International football
he has a definite starting place on the team and can

I'll think you'll find that Scholes made his decision to retire before the tournament began not because he was subbed for Phil Neville and no of course Gerrard shouldn't retire, he's one of our most influential players and always gives 100% for England its a shame the same can't be said for a few others in the team!
