Fantasy Football League - help!!

I'm new to fant ft lg and want some team ideas, any chance you can give me a good fant team to enter where I work?
This is for the English Prem League, using the 'Sun' newspaper's rules, 2 from each team n 433 or 442!

What are the rules?.How many players from any 1 team are you allowed etc?.

Look over listed rankings and last year results of players. Make sure you do the pre draft listing so you know who and when to draft. Most common first time mistake is drafting a position with multiple players with the same bye week.

Every site will have a slightly different rating for players, and the fun of the draft is not just following the Yahoo or CBS basic rankings.
