Default Should i get my own name or player's name on football (soccer) jersey>?

I have had 3 shirts with players names on in the past and have never had my own. I won't specify what football team i support for obvious reasons

what shall i get?
I'll decide based on most amount of votes for certain answer

Go for your favorite player. The jersey is only good for 2 years these days so who cares if they leave the club.

get your own name it will be a shame if you waste your money on a player that is suddenly transfered to another club which will make your shirt redundant.

I would always go for a player with current squad number, but if you play a specific number and would love that, then why not go with that for a change? Just make sure that your name isn't the same as a current player then choose your own squad number.

For example, Barry Ferguson plays with a number 6 jersey for Rangers. At the UEFA Cup Final when we were in Manchester, there was a fan who had Ferguson on his shirt because that was also his surname but he'd got number 8 on the shirt. This was his own local team number but people thought he was just daft and got Barry's number wrong!!
