Default do football parents/ managers for children (8-11) put too much pressure on there

kids? i was at a mini football tounrament to watch my 8 year old brother. it was his first ever tournament and games and he scored twice in 6 gameswhich he was very happy aobut. he played okay but the probelm i had was the manger. he was too presurising, and always seemed to be on the kid's back. he kept on shouting ridiculous things like "mark up, down the line, tackle stronger" yet its his first ever proper game and he doesnt understnad what he means compared to the other kids who have been playing for like a year or more. and he was also like giving team talks ina way you wouldnt talk to 11 year olds never mind 8yr olds. saying things like"they were all over you that hlaf they ran the game completely. you were watching them" and all that cr*p. in my opinion at that age kids should have fun and people like him are too common in this country and damge kids and their potential because thye feel too under pressure.so who agrees with the question?
emma B, it wasnt the case on saturday!! the parents were like, "if we win this game, draw the next, hold out for the second half we'll get through." you can imagine it,right?

I think that some obviously are too pushy and I think that between the age of 8-11, no one particularly cares if you lose apart from the pushy parents/managers. Surely at that age it is more about having fun than winning matches.

Edit: Yeah I know, but this must be society today where (for parents, not all, might I add) competition is more important than having fun

My opinion is that alot of these" managers" are all out to satisfy their own ego and adopt a "win at all costs" mentality, i know as i have had a lot to do with junior football myself having gained level one fa coaching badge. You will also find that this "manager " has his favourites .
