Kids playing football?

HI. I live in a cul-de-sac and am having problems with two young lads who do not live in the cul-de-sac, with playing football. They come to their grandparents across the road every day. I have asked them nicely not to play football but go to the park which is only 5 minutes away. Today they were very cheeky to me and the ball hit my window twice. I then went over to see the grandparents and explained to them what had happened. They said they would speak to them about it, but I don't hold out much hope. Can anyone tell me what else I can do. Thanks
