Struggling to resolve an issue through BT Iindian call centre? I have a solution.?
I ve been having an on going saga with BT for the last few weeks, spending hours on my mobile phone .Anyway to cut a long story short, i was fed up with calling their useless call centre in India and having more than 20 complaints ignored , so i went a mission yesterday and after browsing hundreds of other complaints on websites, i was advised to email the CHAIRMAN. Within one hour, i got two voicemail from them. Shame i missed the calls. Anyway i called again today and my call was answered STRAIGHT by an English customers representative. I started off very politely by saying' Good afternoon, before i give you my account details, you must know i have to record this phone call for legal reasons (I truly was recording). The whole thing was sorted within 5 minutes and not only i don't have to pay until novembre (cancellation fees), they now said they owe me money (which is true but they wouldn't admit it until now).
