Strangely I am no longer one of their customers.

Yeah I spent 30 minutes calling this EMA number, and when I finally got through to someone, they told me to talk to someone else, so I had to wait another 30 minutes and gave up.

2hrs 25 minutes. Of course I was using a headset, so I wasn't just stuck sitting there. When they answered, I actually had to stop and think what I had called them for.

1 hour 30 minutes. I called my mobile phone company a while ago. For some reason, I wasn't allowed to make any calls, only receive them. Anyway, I called them, a woman picked up, transferred me to the technical department. Afterwards, another woman picked up then transferred me back to customer service. Then a guy picked up, and he transferred me to the financial department. Then ANOTHER woman picked up and she transferred me to the technical department again, where I had to wait for the 90 minutes on hold listening to the same boring music and robotic voice "thank you for holding, your call is important to us, please stay on the line."
One of the worst days of my mobile phone's life. lol
