Need help/advice to get BPO/SOFTWARE projects from UK?

Hi, I am from India, I just started a BPO/SOFTWARE company with the employer strength of 350, we can take all kind of DataEntry,CopyWriting,Conversion and Software projects. I really need some clients or projects from UK/US. I do know the freelance sites like getafreelancer.com, guru.com , but still i need project outsourced from UK/US..please any one telme the ways to get leads..serious, please help me.
