Call centres - why do they all have foreign employees?
im getting frustrated lately ,I live in the uk and im not at all racist but have had to make calls to my bank and a few catalogue companies
every time i ring any one of them someone with a foreign accent answers and they cannot understand what i am saying , i end up repeating myself or putting the phone down, this even applies to hsbc bank which i would of expected english people who understand english to answer
the calls are to 08 numbers (not freephone) not international so what is going on , do english people no longer answer phone as banks or catalogue companies
i bet if someone ripped them off they would get an english speaking person to make the calls then
again i am not racist, when i say english i mean anyone who lives in the uk and speaks english fluently
