I used to eat all sorts of junk from machines and buy chocolate at the weekends.The best things you could do is,
A) Avoid the vending machine try walking a different route or be in a conversation when you walk past.
B) Choose the healthier options,dark chocolate instead of milk,baked crisps instead of fried, etc.
C) Do more excersise to make up for the food and when at home eat salads and other healthy stuff.
