Inbound call centre jobs in North Devon?

I would have thought inbound call centre jobs would be easy to come by, because most of the people I talk to on the phone dont seem to know what they're doing (no offence) or are most of the vacancies abroad now?

Does anyone know of any call centres in Barnstaple?

I don't think that there are, When I worked for Orange in Plymouth we had staff from Newquay, Launceston and Exeter.
