how much notice do you get before being trained in a call centre?

ive been offered a job at lloyds tsb telephone banking, and i still haven't been given a date for my training, its annoying as its my birthday soon and i want to go away for a week, but i cant book anything until i no when ill start my training! does anyone know how much notice they give u? if any. thanks

Phone their HR department and explain that you have holidays planned and when are you likely to get the training start date.
