Where have they gone?
I cant get on the internet because the Virus, Makes whatever i go on about:Blank.
Or
Diverts me to an Fake- anti virus Site.

they will scan & clean your PC.. they wont be able to put right errors from the virus but it should rid your PC of bugs. THEN you got to make sure your FIREWALL & Anti VIRUS protection are working as they should. RUN your own programme on viral check.
NEVER open GROUP emails.. or any from an unknown source with attachments. THIS is the most common way to gain infection that & visiting DODGY web sites.. If all fails you will need an engineer.
