What is the name of this Channel 4 TV Program?

It was on a few years ago, perhaps close to the millennium, but I can't be sure. It was a British program, and aired later in the evening. It was about teenagers, I think, and it dealt with sex and drug use.

I remember a few bits: at one point a girl was stabbed in the hand with a needle after being pushed to the floor. There was also something with an elevator in a block of flats, I think one of the girls was having sex in it. Also, whilst bragging, a girls friend (one of the main characters, methinks) ended up having sex with a guy up the wall down a side-street, or something, to which the other girl told her that she 'didn't have to do that' or...something.

After that, I can't remember, but it's been bugging me for ages now. Hell, it might not even be Channel 4, but it certainly does strike me as a late-night C4 program... *scratches head*

No, it's not Junk. But, on an unrelated note, I really enjoyed that program. I must read the book... =]
