I was just wondering if you know any good video editing programs
It would be great if it's free too

I would use an editing program like:

Windows Movie Maker (WMM)

Sony Vegas Pro (get the newest version, by googling it)

*note* : you'll have to buy the new version unless you find it..free...somewhere...else...O_O
