...servicemen after service in Britain? A friend of mine was engaged to a serviceman stationed in Britain who, after the birth of her children, left her to go back to the states - his service had ended. He pays no child support and she is financially struggling. Does anyone know if there is a support programme in place by the US government (either in tandem or separately with the British government) to help? Either directly from the government(s) or as a way to chase the man down? Thanks a lot.
