Is 24 too old to take a dance program at university level?
I am 24 and have one year experience in ballet. I am taking my grade 4 exam soon and I have found my passion in life for dance. I always loved dance but finally got confidence at 23.
I did a degree at university in public relations but my heart was never in it and so I graduated feeling less than satisfied with myself.
I have been looking into doing a degree in Dance but someone told me I am too old and also I need about 5 years experience in dance.
Is this true?
Any advice would be appreciated.
I wanted to add that I have read many books to back up my love for dance as an art and am thoroughly interested in the history also.
