Every time I try to look at websites the sceen freezes then a grey window appears saying program not responding end now ,then everything goes back to the start.I've been trying to sort it out all night!Can anyone help please?
Try another internet browser, like firefox, internet explorer, opera, etc. Usually that sort of problem happens when sectors of your hard drive have gone bad or your file system has become corrupted.
You can run chkdsk in the command prompt to check for file corruption. If you don't know how to do this, I would recommend seeking professional computer help.
