Anyone know a good screen capture program that is free like Camtasia screen recorder?

I need a Screen Recording program like Camtasia Studio Recorder so I can record my screen and make movies etc, it should be producable in well known formats eg AVI... doesnt have to be AVI though just an example...

Ye hypercam is good, isnt fuzzy or laggy or that so i would reccomend. Hope this helps and also ill give the link below.
