Does anyone know the name of a TV program on BBC 2 between September and

November 2003 on a Tuesday 8pm till 9 I can't remember the name of the two presenters. One was large, and had a mustache, the other was an assistant, who was completely shaven. They built an armored car in one episode, and compared it to an armored BMW. They also built a (red) floating car, and took part in a race, and did things like radio tracking, where the guy being tracked was hiding in a hair salon. I would like to know the name of the program and/or the names of the presenters.
