how to create a simple dating match up program for a website

i am looking for a simple way to add a simple dating match up feature to my website, nothing fancy just a wee fun thing where the user adds a photo and some info and then the program gives them a suitable match, its only for fun so i dont need a sophisticated and complicated one, any suggestions will be greatfully recieved, thanks
