Distraction is a pretty good tactic but I'd like to gently suggest a better show. Maybe a nice comedy?

Of course, we all have certain things we do to make us feel better. Mine? Turning the lights off, curling up on the sofa and watching a sappy movie, every week, twice a week....

o.c? that doesn't seem like a good remedy lol that is dramatic so that seems it would make one more depressed.
you should seek help!

See if you can talk with the school counsellor and your parents about the bullying, if you ignore what they are doing they wont go away until you do something about it and get some assistance by asking the adults and your friends to help you.

Im not sure if watching a television programme is going to help you in the long run as the bullying issue may arise again when you are an adult. Its better to find some coping strategies like CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) that work and that you can use now, so you can use them later as well.
