i have bought a cat c car and was not informed by the seller?

i have just bought a car from auto trader, the car has came back as a cat c after i done a hpi check. my insurance has went through ok , but thats when i found out about its past.
the seller never told me it was cat c!!!!

it seems to be fixed to a nearly new standard but i feel cheated. i had nobody with me (big mistake) but the car drove perfectly .

is there anything i can do about the seller?

i know its my own stupid fault, but a little bit of justice would feel great

I do feel for people that get ripped of by car dealers.
