My boyfriend has a serious dislike of his own c*m, has anyone experienced...

...or at least heard of this happening? He's fine if he c*ms in a condom but he really hates seeing it on himself, and seeing it on me is even worse.
Has anyone heard of this before?
He's 29 by the way.
