halifax online banking?

is anybody else having trouble accessing there online banking if so what is the message you are getting and do yo know when it will be working again?

I got an email from them a couple of days ago , apparently they are updating their on line security , I needed to provide them with all my details again (name , account number , pin code , password , mother maiden name etc) but it seems that it hasn't worked as I haven't been able to access my account since then , perhaps your problem is the same?
