...usa, europe and malasia? I am starting my tertiary education next year and have absolutely no idea which university I should apply to, and I also would like to have financial aid such as a grant, sponsorship or scholarship. any suggestions will be welcome.

There are a lot of excellent economic/finance schools in the US so it really depends on the amount of money you want to spend as well as whether or not you can get into the university. If you are trying to get grants or scholarships I would try targeting larger state schools such as the university of Minnesota Carlson or something like that. I went to a private school for economics but it was very expensive.
