If you log onto to the Motorola website and select software and drivers, search for your handset or the closest one if yours isnt available and then download it to your pc this will then allow you to transfer your pics, we had to do this recently with my hubbies phone as he lost the disk but it did work, if you have any problems you can contact motorola and they will help you further.
